Booking policy

To ensure enjoyable experience for all our guests, we have following booking policy:

Cancellations
- For cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival, Quê reserves the right to charge 300 SEK per reserved guest
No show policy
- In case of no-show or unannounced absences within the group, a full menu charge of 950 SEK per absent guest will apply.
Booking confirmation
- To confirm your booking, we require your credit card details. The card will only be charge according to the terms stated above.
Responsibility for the booking
- As the person making the booking, you are personally responsible for the entire reservation and any applicable fees according to our policy.

Refunds for cancellations or changes in guest numbers
- 100% refund: Cancellations or reductions in the number of guest made least 3 days before the scheduled date will be fully refunded.
- No refund: Cancellations or reductions made less than 3 days before the scheduled date will not ne refunded.
On-site payment
- For on-site payment, guests are required to pay the full amount for the numbers of guests reserved,even if the actual number of attendees is fewer.

- 100% refund for cancellations or reductions in the number of attendees made 24 hours ahead of the scheduled date.
- No refund for cancellations or reductions made less than 24 hours before the scheduled date.

Refund for cancellations or changes in guest numbers
- 100% refund: For cancellations or reductions in number of attendees made 2 weeks prior the scheduled date.
- 50% Refund: For cancellations or reductions in number of attendees made 1 weeks before the scheduled date.
- No refund: For cancellations or reductions in number of attendees made 6 days or less before the scheduled date.
